Short Vowel Phonics Board Games

24 Apr

I made up a few board games for my six year old who is working on the short vowels a, i, and o.

Short vowel a CVC words

Short vowel i CVC words

Short vowel o CVC words

Insha Allah, as we go along, I’ll be making more games/activities to post.

Wow, your chart looks nice! I wish I have enough time to be this creative :)

I homeschool too but we use a Catholic curriculum.

    Keep up the good work!

Thank you. I live overseas and don’t have access to libraries and great print materials, so I end up making my own.

You are welcome. I hope to be busy making more, insha Allah, when/if my computer woes are solved. :)

Thank you for sharing. It’s always nice to have something new to practice the same skill. I will use it.
