Photosynthesis Worksheets

21 Apr

The big kids are studying photosynthesis, but while searching I came across resources for various ages:

For the younger crowd: http://www.myschoolhouse.com/courses/O/1/35.asp

(this site is excellent! They have math, reading, science, spelling, social studies, and more. Cute little lessons and a worksheet to go along. )

For older students: http://web.fccj.edu/~dbyres/photosyn.doc but check out the main page with links to 32 science worksheets on various subjects:

Photosynthesis crosswords:

“This photosynthesis crossword covers the general process of photosynthesis.”

This hard version of the photosynthesis crossword covers structural vocabulary and light and dark reactions.”

The site these come from has all kinds of science learning materials (flashcards, worksheets, crosswords,…):

This could be called All Things Photosynthesis:

http://www.brookings.k12.sd.us/biology/photosynthesis.htm

They have powerpoints, videos, worksheets, don’t miss this one…………….

Back to the younger ones, Photosynthesis worksheet, grades 2-6th:
